Sales Tax
California customers only: the purchaser must pay sales tax on the full amount of merchandise subject to such taxation according state and local laws. Mikesmetalworx uses Tax Cloud to calculate the tax rate in your local tax region.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS to the continental United States only. Insurance will be added to these shipments, the value of which will be declared as the pre-tax total of your order. There will be no shipment to PO Boxes or international shipping.
Availability
Some window kit orders may take extra time to process. In this event, the purchaser will be notified.
Returns
A full refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued only for returned products that meet all of the following criteria:
- Items must be unmounted and brand new.
- Items must be shipped to Mikesmetalworx in all of the original packaging
- Window kits must not have ever been installed or operated.
Any returned merchandise which does not meet the criteria listed above will be subject to refusal or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the full retail amount of the merchandise.
